Act, 1971 to punish the respondents herein for the wilful disobedience of the orders of the court in WMP.No.16033 of 2024 in WP.No.9604 of 2024 order dated 01.08.2024.

ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents herein for the willful disobedience of the orders of this court in WMP.No.16033 of 2024 in WP.No.9604 of 2024 order dated 01.08.2024, thereby this Court had stayed the order dated 20.02.2024 impugned in the aforesaid writ petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent produced letter dated 28.04.2025 of the Principal Accountant General (A&E), and submitted that the order passed by this Court in WMP.No.16033 of 2024 in WP.No.9604 of 2024 dated 01.08.2024 has been complied with by the aforesaid letter.

3. In view of the aforesaid letter dated 28.04.2025, this contempt 2/4

petition is closed.
