This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.28613 of 2022 on 22.11.2022 to stay at Namakkal and report before the Inspector of Police, Namakkal Town Police Station, everyday at 10.30a.m and 05.30p.m., until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
