This petition has been filed seeking amendment of the order dated 16.11.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.26110 of 2023 by amending the court to which the bail should be produced from Sessions Court Tiruvallur to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamallee.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation is still pending.

3. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of this case, this petition stands allowed amending the satisfaction court from Sessions Court Tiruvallur to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamallee.

4. Fresh order copy to be issued to both the parties and the time for execution of the surety is extended till 22.12.2023.
