(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) The petitioner seeks modification of the condition no.5(i) imposed in Crl.M.P.No.3866 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.277 of 2023 vide order dated 12.10.2023, on the ground that his family members / blood relatives have no immovable property.

2. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent also.

3. Having regard to the grievance expressed by the petitioner, condition no.5(i) stands modified as follows:- "The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Needhimandram (Mahila Court) (FAC), Salem."

The criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
