This petition has been filed to recognize the petitioner's authorisation vide Board Resolution dated 12.09.2023 and substitute this petitioner as the authorised representative of the petitioner's Company in Rev.No.2023 in W.P.No.17949 of 2021.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
