AND V.SIVAGNANAM, J.

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to suspend the sentence of imprisonment, imposed on the petitioner by the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court at Ariyalur, vide judgment in SPl.S.C.No.2 of 2022 dated 19.01.2022.

2. We have carefully gone through the deposition of the minor victim girl/P.W.1, aged about 13 years during the relevant point of time. The finding made by the Trial Court with reference to the deposition by the victim girl and the Doctor was also considered by us. The Trial Court believed the evidence of the Victim girl along with the Doctor's evidence and found guilty. That being so, we do not find any prima facie ground for the purpose of considering the present petition for suspension of sentence and accordingly, the same is dismissed. List the Criminal Appeal for final hearing after one week. [S.M.S., J.] [V.S.G., J.] 19.10.2024 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
