ORDER

The Writ petition has been filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus seeking consideration of a representation dated 26.07.2022, receive a sum of Rs.26,000/- which is payable by the petitioner and on such receipt, the respondent to break open and de-seal the petitioner's property and permit her to reside in the portion which had been allotted by the respondent.

2. The said property is situated at Door No.16, Thirumullaivoil, which has been allotted by the respondent to the petitioner. The petitioner at an earlier stage was not able to pay the said sum of Rs.26,000/- and therefore the said portion was sealed by the respondent.

3. Now a representation has been given by the petitioner that she is prepared to pay the said sum of Rs.26,000/-.

4. The petitioner may go over to the office of the respondent on 03.01.2023 between 11.00 a.m., and 2.00 p.m., along with the said sum of Rs.26,000/-. The respondent may receive the said amount and de-seal the premises. If any further compliances have to be made, put that in writing 2/4

and give it to the petitioner. But, at any rate, the premises must be desealed on receipt of Rs.26,000/-[Rupees Twenty Six Thousand only]. Further proceedings can be initiated separately.

5. With the said observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
