This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am, until further orders" condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.26012 of 2024 order dated 21.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 19 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26012 of 2024 on 21.10.2024 in para 6(b) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30 pm until further orders.
