ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) The prayer of the petitioner is for consideration of his representation dated 27.08.2024 and 02.09.2024 for removal of the lock and seal, that has been put up in view of an unfortunate incident where six people loss their lives.

2. The Commissioner, Udagamandalam Muncipality, has filed a statement of violations which shows that there are large-scale violations in the building that is under construction.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would however submit that he would also file a revised plan. 2/5

4. Be that as it may, the Municipality is directed to dispose of the representation made on 02.09.2024 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any revised plan is filed by the petitioner in the meantime, the same will also be considered in accordance with law.
