PRAYER: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondents police 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner in the guise of the petition enquiry based on the false complaint given by Mr.K.Rajasekaran.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the respondents police 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents.

3. According to the said petitioner, one K.Rajasekaran gave a false complaint against the petitioner, based on the same, the third respondent police harassed the petitioner.

4. Per Contra, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that no case has been registered against the petitioner. He further submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner's wife Mrs.Sujatha gave a complaint against one K.Rajasekaran, only for enquiry in that complaint, the petitioner and his wife were called and they were not subjected to any harassment.

5. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
