ORDER

The petitioners are parents and brother of one Rakesh who alleged to have eloped with one Charulatha, who is the wife of the defacto complainant alleging that to secure the eloped persons to the Police frequently visiting the house of the petitioners and harassing them.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State in connection with the complaint given by the husband of Charulatha enquiry was conducted, there was no harassment as alleged, in fact, the police has also affixed pamphlets in and around the area informing the missing of the said Rakesh. It appears that the incident has taken place more than a year ago and the Police is unable to trace both the eloped persons.

3. In view of the above facts, the respondent Police is directed to not to harass the petitioners under the guise of investigation, at the same time, the petitioners are directed to inform about the whereabout the missing boy Rakesh as and when they get information, failing which, 2/4

they shall be prosecuted for abstaining the respondents.

4. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
