This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to transfer the O.A.No.368 of 2019 at any other Sub-Court at Sivagangai District and allow the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. Since, the learned counsel on record for the petitioners has earlier Page No.2 of 4

given a change of vakalat, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioners in the cause list, despite which, there was no representation for the petitioners.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that the earlier Presiding Officer Mrs.Banu is the sister of the first respondent, however, her tenure has been completed and she was replaced by Mr.S.Abdul Malik. Hence, the matter has become infructuous and nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

4. Considering the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 29.11.2023 dpq Index :
