Mohamed Thamimul Ansari v. Rukshana Afrin

A.No.6648 of 2023 in O.P.No.662 of 2022 N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.

This application has been filed seeking to modify the order passed in A.No.4830 of 2022 dated 13.12.2022.

2. The only grievance of the applicant is the time to access for video communication between the petitioner and his minor child on Saturdays and Sundays between 08.00 and 9.00 pm

3. This Court by Order dated 09.11.2022 itself recorded the fact that the parties comfortable time is between 08.00 and 09.00 pm until further orders.

Such view of the matter, this Court is of the view no further order is required and this application stands closed.

4.The Registry is directed to post the Original Petition on 31.01.2024 before the learned Master for recording evidence. The matter may be posted before this Court once the recording of evidence is completed.
