This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur, everyday, till the date of committal and thereafter, report before the Sessions Court everyday, till framing of charges and thereafter, as directed by the Sessions Court in Crl.O.P.No.25321 of dated.03.11.2023.

Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Superintendent of Police, Salem Police Station, Salem District except during the court hearing dates before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvottiyur, everyday till the date of committal and thereafter, report before the Sessions Court, everyday, till framing of charges and thereafter, as directed by the Sessions Court.
