ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry in connection with the complaint given by one Mr.T.Rajendiran in any manner except due process of law.

2. The respondents are directed to verify the complaint lodged against the petitioner and if the same discloses any cognizable offence, a case has to be registered and proceed in accordance with law and instead of that they should not harass the petitioner unnecessarily.
