The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.437 of 2023, registered under Sections 4(1)(a), 4(1-A) of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents. 3.It is stated that the respondent had recovered 20 IMFL bottles and the co accused had been arrested. The petitioner however managed himself. There are previous cases against the petitioner herein of similar in nature. Taking into consideration all the factors, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail, petition stands dismissed.
