When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent would submit that based on the complaint given by one Muthukumaran, a preliminary enquiry was conducted by the respondent and finding that the respondent lacks jurisdiction and the complainant was advised to approach the CCB. As on date, there is no complaint against the petitioner before the respondent-Police.

2. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
