The matter is placed before this Court on the letter received from the Court below, seeking extension of time to complete the proceedings in Spl.Case.No.6 of 2021 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Vellore.

2. The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vellore, had sought for extension of six months, considering the reasons and the request made by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, this Court feels it appropriate to extend the time by six months and accordingly, it is extended by six months from today.
