(Order of the Court was made by SUNDER MOHAN, J.) The petitioner seeks relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.13426 of in Crl.A.No.623 of 2019 dated 10.11.2020.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for the past 3 years. Since the petitioner is now residing with her father in Karaikal, she seeks for relaxation.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition for the past 3 years.
4. In view of the above, condition stands modified and the petitioner is directed to appear once in six months at 10.30 a.m., before the trial Court.
The criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
