W.M.P.No.34109 of 2022 in W.P.No.34680 of 2022 M.SUNDAR.J., Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP'] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of original of an 'order dated 13.10.2022 bearing reference Appeal No. & Year:AP/GST/106/2021' [hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

2. Learned counsel for writ petitioner, adverting to the support affidavit submitted that a digital/soft copy of the impugned order was served on the petitioner through online mode and that has necessitated the captioned WMP. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to relevant Paragraph of the support affidavit, which reads as follows: 'I further submit that the original impugned proceedings of the 2nd respondent made in Appeal No.&Year:AP/GST/106/2021 dated 13.10.2022 is not available as the same is uploaded by the Department in the web portal from where this petitioner has downloaded the same for the purpose of this present writ petition. Hence, the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Hon'ble Court to permit the petitioner to maintain this writ petition with a copy of the above impugned proceedings.' https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
