This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 121 days in filing the Writ Appeal.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay of 121 days in preferring the Writ Appeal is condoned.
