For Respondent Nos.2 & 9 to 11 : Mr.V.Subbiah Special Government Pleader For Respondent Nos.5 to 7 : No Appearance C O M M O N O R D E R Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the dispute involved in these Writ Petitions had been settled between the parties.

2.In view of the said statement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, nothing survives for adjudication and hence, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
