The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 4(1)(aaa) and 4(1-A) of TNP Act, in Crime No.81 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.It is stated that the respondent recovered 110 litres of I.D.arrack from the petitioner. There are three previous cases against the petitioner herein.
