ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 and particularly the 2 nd respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner on 13.06.2022, wherein, the petitioner has sought for cancellation of the subdivision made in S.F.No.190 and to modify the patta to that effect.
3/6 2.Heard Mr.R.Nandhakumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and Mrs.V.S.Usha Rani, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents 7 and 8.
3.The grievance of the petitioner is that after the representation was made, the 2 nd respondent sought for a report from the 3 rd respondent and thereafter, there was no progress.
4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 2 nd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity to private respondents 4 to 10 and orders shall be passed, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
