2. Mr.T.Chandrasekaran, Special Government pleader, appearing for the appellant and Mrs.Sudharsana Sundar, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent are present.

3. On a perusal of the order passed by this Court, it is ascertained that paragraph No.7 in the judgment passed in A.S.No.225 of 2023, dated 10.12.2024, may be deleted.

4. Accordingly,Registry is directed to delete paragraph No.7 in Judgment passed in A.S.No.225 of 2023, dated 10.12.2024, and issue a fresh copy of the order to the parties forthwith. T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

12.06.2025 rri N.B:- Registry is directed to call for remarks from the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, chengalpattu @ Kancheepuram for having passed an erratic award deliberately in L.A.O.P.No.322 of 2007, in violation of the rules and without proper application of mind which has lead to miscarriage of justice.
