ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.G.Jeremiah, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, for the respondents.

2. Encroachment is alleged on the public road. The petitioner has given a representation to the respondents, dated 11.09.2023, to remove such encroachments.

3. In case the representation of the petitioner dated 11.09.2023 is pending with the respondents, then the same be decided in accordance with law, after observing the principles of natural justice, expeditiously.

4. The writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
