Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to amend as S.C.no.461/2016 instead of SC.No.461/2011 in the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.14537/2019 dated 18.11.2019 in C.A.No.344/2014.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.MURUGANANTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. K.PRABAKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to amend S.C.No.461 of 2016 instead of S.C.No.461 of 2011, in the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.14537 of 2019 in C.A.No.344 of 2014 dated 18.11.2019 on the file of this Court.

2. When the case is called, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle today to that effect.

3.
