This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in crime No. 105 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police found the accused persons with the possession of 350 kgs of banned tobacco products without any valid licence. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays to allow this petition.

4. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. side ) submits that the contraband seized from the petitioner is commercial quantity. Hence, he raised objection to grant bail.

5. Considering the facts of the case and also the fact that the contraband seized from the accused person is huge quantity. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
