The suit has been filed for infringement of trademark, passing off and for infringement of copyright.

2. The instant application has been filed seeking for leave to sue, since the defendant is having its place of office outside the jurisdiction of this Court. However, in the plaint as well as in the affidavit filed in support of this application, a categorical averment has been made that the infringed products are being sold at Chennai, within the jurisdiction of this Court.

3. Since a part of cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court, this Court is inclined to grant leave to sue as prayed for. Accordingly, A. No.5810 of 2024 is allowed as prayed for.
