3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered. 4.Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the cause title and issue notice to the newly impleaded respondents returnable by 13.12.2024.
