The petitioner has challenged the order dated 07.09.2004 transferring him from his place of posting at Kodaikanal to Tiruchirapalli.

2. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has attained the age of Superannuation after the filing of the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous and he made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellanous Petition is closed.
