ORDER
The writ petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to consider its representation dated 18.09.2024 and to take necessary action.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that, the petitioner is a Residents' welfare association and its families are residing in VGN Blooming Garden, Mugalivakkam, Chennai-125. It is the further case of the petitioner that for the past 8 months, there has been huge fluctuation in power supply given to their area, which resulted in damage to the electrical goods. Therefore, the petitioner Association and also its individual members submitted various representation to the respondents
seeking adequate electricity and the same has not been considered. Finally, instant representation dated 18.09.2024 was submitted by the petitioner association, requesting the respondents to take immediate action on the complaint made by them with regard to the fluctuation of power, however, the same was also not considered. Hence the petitioner has come before this court.
3. Mr.L.Jaivenkatesh, learned Standing Counsel, who takes notice for the respondents would submit that the fourth respondent, who is the competent authority will consider the representation of the petitioner, within a time frame, as fixed by this court.
4. Inview of the above submission, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
