..Respondent(s) Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to implement the order in W.H.D.P.No.01/2022 passed by the appropriate authority dated 8.07.2022 and also excuse her absence from workplace for such period from 15.06.2022 onwards owing to the presence of 3rd respondent at the same office as against the notice of 2nd respondent dated 9.09.2022. ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the order in W.H.D.P.No.01/2022 had already been complied with vide proceedings dated 14.02.2023 and the said proceedings has also been produced before this Court. Hence, the prayer has become infructuous and that may be a reason for petitioner's non-appearance before this Court.

2. In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
