ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Para 4(b) of the order directing the appellant to report before the trial court on the first working day of every Monday and Friday at 10.00 a.m., pending disposal of 1/4

the appeal in Crl.MP No.8292 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.727 of 2024 dated 12.06.2024.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.MP No.8292 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.727 of 2024 dated 12.06.2024 and prayed for relaxation.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

5. Considering the above said submission made by the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation, the condition imposed by this Court in Para 4(b) in Crl.MP No.8292 of 2024 2/4

in Crl.A.No.727 of 2024 dated 12.06.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court, once in a month, i.e first working day of every month.
