Prayer : This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue writ of certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 2nd respondent's notice, dated 28.10.2024 and quash the same, consequently direct the 2nd respondent to postpone the physical hearing to some other date.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.
