This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed as against the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the Chengalpet Town Police Station every day at 10.30 a.m. until further order, imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.13448 of in Crl.O.p.No.19608 of 2024, dated 26.09.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. Investigation is not yet completed and the petitioner has 13 previous cases.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the Chengalpet Town Police Station on every Saturday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.
