The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 420 of IPC in Crime No.Not Known of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner who had canvassed the public to invest money in the disputed Company "HIJAU ASSOCIATES PVT LTD". Hence, the case.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioner is also one of the investors, he had also invested more than Rs.50,00,000/- in that disputed Company. He further submitted that the entire public believing the words of the Company invested their savings. Hence, he prayed for Anticipatory Bail to the Petitioner. T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

CRL.O.P.No.32293 of 2022 dk 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner who made people invest in the disputed company by making false promise. He further submitted that 40 complaints have been received against the Company as of now and also more than 1000 people were cheated by this company. He further submitted that the investigation is at initial stage. Hence, he opposed grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the investigation is at initial stage. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
