This Petition has been filed to relax the the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Shankar Nagar Police Station daily at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.21871 of 2024 on 10.09.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 46 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21871 of 2024 on 10.09.2024 in para 7(a) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders.
