C.M.P.No.26895 of 2019 is filed to exempt the petitioner from paying Court fee of Rs.10,000/- in the C.M.A.No.SR.149531 of 2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner filed the above C.M.A.No.SR.149531 of 2019 for enhancement of compensation and filed the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition for exemption of Court fee of Rs.10,000/- in the above mentioned C.M.A.No.SR. 149531 of 2019, for the present and has undertaken to pay the Court fee at the time of the disposal of the case.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered, exempting the petitioner to pay the Court fee at present, with a direction to pay the same at the time of the disposal of the case. 16.12.2019 gbi http://www.judis.nic.in
