2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of HR & CE Department brought to the notice of

3/4 this Court the order passed in WP.No.29569 of 2017 dated 04.12.2017. The grievance expressed by the petitioner in the present writ petition was also considered in the public interest litigation that was dealt with by the Hon'ble Full Bench. Hence, the said order will cover the issue involved in the present writ petition.
