Heard Mr. P.Balathandayutham, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

There is no representation for the Petitioner when the matter is called at 11.10 a.m. today.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First Respondent to publish the result of the interview for the post of Office Assistant conducted on 28.12.2016 by considering the call letter dated 28.12.2016 within the time limit that may be fixed by this Court.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents submits that after filing of the Writ Petition, the concerned authorities had decided to cancel the entire recruitment process for the selection of Animal Husbandry Assistants, which had not yet been then finalized and call for fresh applications based on the District Reservation Roster, from the eligible candidates at the District level, which has been taken note by the Division 2/4

Bench of this Court in the order dated 27.06.2017 in W.P. No. 16007 of 2017. In such circumstances, the relief sought by the Petitioner in the Writ Petition does not remain for consideration.
