For Petitioner in all C.R.P.s : Mr.S.Raja Ravi Varma COMMON ORDER The Revision Petitioners have filed these Civil Revision Petitions seeking a suitable direction directing the learned Addl. Sub-Judge, Vellore to dispose of appeal suits in A.S.Nos.34 & 37 of 2017 and O.S.No.54 of 2019 within a time frame to be fixed by this court.

2. Since the relief claimed by the Revision Petitioners only seeking a direction for a speedy disposal, the notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. Records perused. On perusal of case status, the appeal suits are riped for arguments much earlier in the year of 2018 itself and the records were also received by the appellate court, but all the appeal suits are pending for the past four years without any progress. Furthermore, the interlocutary applications were also filed for impleading as well as for production of additional evidence and the same are also pending. Therefore, this Court is inclined to direct the appellate judge to complete the trial and dispose the applications as well as appeal suits in A.S.Nos. 34 & 37 of 2017 and O.S.No. 54 of 2019 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order without giving unnecessary adjournment. Accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
