ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition, to punish the respondents for disobeying the order of this Court dated 22.04.2024 passed in W.P. No.3614 of 2024 .

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the order of this Court dated 22.04.2024 in W.P. No.3614 of 2024 has been complied with. He has filed the copy of the order dated 12.03.2024 passed by the official respondent concerned.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, 2/4

the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law against the order passed by the concerned official respondent, if he is aggrieved with the same.
