The petitioner herein who was called for enquiry on the complaint given by one Rajkumar alleging that the petitioner has received Rs.20 lakhs to invest in the on-line trade been cheated, only on demand Rs.7 lakhs was received back, is before this Court alleging that the police is harassing him. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that since the complaint of receiving Rs.20 lakhs with deceptive intention is made, the respondent police enquiring on the complaint received through CCTNS portal. The petitioner is accepted to cooperate with the investigation and if there is an element of criminality, police will proceed further.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent police to summon the petitioner herein if any further enquiry is required. On summons, the petitioner shall appear and cooperate with the enquiry and the enquiry without any violation and shall be in accordance with law.
