These Arbitration Applications have been filed by the applicant seeking interim stay of suspension order issued vide email dated 01.11.2023 by the Executive Committee of the respondent and to stay the AGM scheduled to be held on 19.11.2023.

2.This Court vide order dated 01.12.2023 directed the applicant to participate in the General Body meeting and canvass his grievance. Now, it appears that the General Body meeting has been conveyed and the suspension of the applicant has not been approved and subsequently, he is now inducted. Similarly, the other Resolution which has been challenged is also not approved.

3.In such view of the matter, as the General Body meeting has already been conveyed and suspension of the applicant has been revoked, nothing survives for further adjudication in these applications and accordingly, both these applications are closed. 20.12.2023 TK https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
