This petition has been filed to extend further period of 15 days for furnishing sureties on the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.24030 of 2023 dated 19.10.2023 before the XIV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petitions are ordered and the petitioners to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 05.01.2024 and no further time is granted, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
