PETITION under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in Rc.No.101/LND/CMRL/2017 dated 08.7.2017 on the file of the respondent herein, quash the same and consequently direct the respondent not to close the ingress and egress of our property since the same shall be provided as right of easement by necessity.

ORDER
I have heard Mr.B.Manoharan, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.Jayesh B.Dolia, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
2. The petitioners seek to quash the order passed by the respondent dated 08.7.2007 and to direct the respondent not to close the ingress and egress of their property since the same shall be provided as right of easement by necessity.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioners settled the matter with the respondent and acquired access to their property.

4. The said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is recorded and the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected WMPs are closed.
