PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent in No.Nil dated 26.08.2017 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents 1 to 4 to permit the petitioner to continue to work as Assistant Headmistress (PG Cadre) in 3rd respondent School based on the order of appointment dated 01.06.205 issued by the 3rd respondent with consequential benefits.
