ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the petitioner's wife has lodged a complaint against the petitioner and only for enquiry purposes in the complaint, the petitioner was called and he was not suffered to any harassment. He further submitted that the said complaint after enquiry was closed and hence the question of harassment does not arise.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original petition is closed.
