This application is to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent as respondents 10 to 15 in the second appeal.

Mr.K.Venkatasubban of M/s.Sarvabhauman & Associates, undertakes to enter appearance for the proposed respondents.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent are impleaded as respondents 10 to 15 in the second appeal.

5. Registry is required to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.

6. Post the second appeal on 19.04.2023.
